Session timestamps, feature usage, device and browser information, and interaction logs collected automatically to support platform functionality and personalization.

We do not collect photos, videos, precise location data, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking data.

  • Active learner accounts: retained while the account is active

  • Learning memory and progress data: retained for the duration of the account plus 90 days

  • Inactive accounts: deleted or anonymized within 12 months

  • Deleted accounts: permanently removed within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise

Depending on your jurisdiction, parents, learners, or schools may have the right to:
